of experienced quality inspectors with years of experience who
monitor the production process from the selection of the row
materials to the final stage. The company gives first preference to
the nominated suppliers by the clients or else the company decides
the best in the business. KEMA checks the quality of products as per its own standards but in special cases it gets the quality
checked by internationally recognized textile-testing laboratories
such as SGS, MTL and Textile Committee (Govt. of India, Ministry of
Textile).
Inspection Preliminary Production
Inspection (PPI) |
Prior
to start of production for order KEMA inspects the raw material,
dye stuff and furnishing chemicals, production area, production
capacity & efficiency and ensures that Eco friendly chemicals are
used. |
In Line
Inspection (ILI) |
I.L.I.
is undertaken at initial stage of execution with special checking of
first production sample. This inspection fixes the parameters to set
the design break up, shrinkage, appearance, fastness property,
labeling, packing approval etc. |
Mid Line
Inspection (MLI) |
M.L.I.
is undertaken between initial and final inspection for execution with
special checking of running production. This inspection is to improve
and check the production so that shipment could be released on time. |
Final Consignment
Inspection (FCI) |
It
consists of maintaining all the shipping marks, final carton making
and random packed goods inspection, in accordance with international
quality standard. ISO 2859-1 AQL 2.5 |

fashion houses. Apart, from presenting its own collection KEMA
undertakes exclusive sampling/design development based on customers
specifications and themes to augment the demand of their products in
the market. The company provides all the documents in advance for pre
or post shipment and assists the nominated clearing agent or the
buyer's agent for prompt processing. Apart from all this it keeps
